La demande de l’artiste était de modéliser cette sculpture en bronze à l’aide d’un scanner 3D pour conserver un fichier numérique de son oeuvre.
Nous avons donc utilisé le HandyScan 700 qui offre une meilleure précision des détails. Pour ce faire nous avons disposé des cibles de positionnement et appliqué une peinture éphémère spéciale sur les parties trop réfléchissantes. Cette peinture est spécialement étudiée pour cette application et n’altère aucunement l’oeuvre originale.
La seconde étape (en cours ) de ce travail a été de proposer une solution de reproduction et d’agrandissement (x3) de la sculpture de la tête sans la cravate en résine.
Nous avons donc opté pour une impression 3D en PETG. Le fichier original a été modifié puis découpé en 18 éléments distincts. Pose de tétons de centrage numériques sur toutes les faces devant être associées .
La sculpture finale mesurera environ 1,2m x 1m.
